Payment and cancellation policy
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. With only 10 exclusive spaces available, your deposit secures your place and is applied toward your total retreat cost. The remaining balance is due by March 11, 2027, 45 days before the retreat.
Cancellation policy
On or before February 24, 2027
Receive a full refund of payments made, minus $250 of your deposit.
February 25 to March 25, 2027
Receive a 50% refund of payments made beyond your $500 deposit.
March 26, 2027, onward
Payments are nonrefundable. However, you may receive a credit toward a future retreat for the amount paid, minus your $500 deposit.
Future Retreat Credits: Credits are valid for 12 months from the cancellation date, may be applied toward one future retreat, and are subject to availability. Credits have no cash value and are nontransferable.
We understand that life happens, and we want to offer flexibility while honoring the intimate nature and limited availability of this experience. If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, all payments, including deposits, will be fully refunded.
